I feel that going through this process taught me a lot. It takes a lot to write a paper about research findings. I think that this project was interesting and made me realize that there are many things that can be researched that relate to nursing. Nurses play a big role in so many aspects of healthcare and clients life. I feel that after completing this project I feel that if I was tasked with a project similar I would be able to perform well and work well as a team member. I think that working with a team had its ups and downs, but my team worked well together and made sure to complete all our work to the best of our ability. I think that if I had to do this again, I would make sure that we worked more closely, just to eliminate any confusion. I think that I am a good team member and helped to complete our paper. I think that I was good at communicating what I thought with my team. As a team, we worked well to formulate our paper and we worked well speaking our opinions to make sure that we were all on the same page. I think that in the future I would be able to use EBP as a new nurse to make sure that I am providing the best care and also could research certain things to make sure that I have a firm understanding of specific topics.
